I very much enjoyed my stay and thought the rooms were well-appointed and much larger than I expected - a definite plus! The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom spacious; the breakfast in the morning was also pretty tasty. All in all, a very pleasurable stay!

I booked and paid 2 weeks, I was delayed 5 days (flights) when I arrived, I was told my room wasn’t ready? It should’ve been empty for 5 days waiting for my arrival, they may have rented it to someone else? My motorcycle was left in the secure parking area overnight and a 1/2 full petrol can that I’d left under the bike was missing and the bike moved next morning. I broke a cup, told reception and was charged an exorbitant 900 Baht, I later discovered that the hotel had received 300 Baht, 600mhad gone into someone’s pockets. When I asked to,see the manager (4 days in a r,is) she was “unavailable” When the reception staff don’t, want to answer your questions the pretend they can’t, understand English, but spoke it the night before? Breakfast isn’t free or included, it costs 200 Baht, I had breakfast 4 times, paid cash twice but was still charged for 4. The Sauna was out of action all the 2 weeks I stayed, I didn’t find the gym, I’m not sure it exists. All in all a pretty sad experience. Get a receipt for everything, they don’t automatically give them out.

Very dissapointed staff nice but very little English pool only 8 sun beds now this is very unacceptable rooms dated n tired really need an upgrade breakfast ok if your into Thai food otherwise not great com on very thin horrid bread how much wud it cost for some nice bread eggs cold or you can order scrambled or an omelette

Well situated north of busy Pattaya. Friendly greeting from reception. Room was modern, airy and spacious. Huge bed. Breakfast suitable for most tastes; no bacon which was a shame. Towels changed daily but during a 7 day stay, bed linen only changed once. Well recommended.

Prefers Asians and not Western People

This hotel primarily has large Chinese tour groups and does not to even seem to care about having Western people stay at this hotel. A good example of this is that there is not even an English written newspaper in the lobby. They only have Thai and Chinese newspapers. I have traveled the world and I don't even remember a hotel not even having one English newspaper available. The hotel is obviously mismanaged since it would not cost a great deal of money to have a English newspaper available in the lobby for the very few Western guests that stay at this hotel. Stay away........they only want Thai and Chinese guests!
